About Our Client

Our Client is a Travelodge Franchisee, who was introduced to us through a mutual friend and client. Our client had no social media pages setup, no digital marketing campaigns in place and a very low Trip Advisor Rating. Our Client had owned the Travelodge for over 10 years and was finding his sales were slowing down and his trip advisor rating was slowly decreasing.

Objective

The client was previously relying on comparison websites and other holiday search engines to gain most of his business. He was keen to create his own pages to be able to strengthen his business.

The hotel was ranking very low on Trip Advisor compared to their local rivals. The client was keen for us to reach out to previous customers and utilise their experiences into positive Trip Advisor review

Results

We created a website, a Facebook page, a Youtube channel, an Instagram page and a Twitter handle. Over the last 12 months we have created marketing campaigns aimed at local tourism and events. As a Result, after the first year of working with us, Travelodge, Fort Dunlops yearly bookings have almost doubled.

To increase the number of positive Trip Advisors reviews, we embraced an email marketing campaign using our clients long list of email addresses. As a result, we increased the hotels rankings from number 17 in the Birmingham area, to number 4. Their positive reviews went from 45 to 390.
